This super soft blanket is handwoven and is made entirely of virgin wool (merino wool). The wool used for this blanket is 100% Uruguayan wool (merino wool). At 21 microns, it's super soft and cozy. The irregularly spun yarn, iridescent in grey/black tones, was dyed by hand in a pot and makes this blanket truly unique.

The blanket was handwoven on a traditional old loom. It took hours to set up the loom with the wool and weave each row by row. But the result is worth it! Our weaving is a holistic design process, this includes the selection of materials and the way in which the manufacturing process takes place - from the sheep to the finished scarf.

We focus on fair and sustainable production. This also means respect for the sheep that produce our incredible wool. That is why we use merino wool from OEKO-Tex certified raw tops, which means, among other things, that the wool we use is 100% mulesing-free. 🌎 🐑
